Free delivery

At Sonderegger, we offer free delivery on all orders within Switzerland. All shipments are sent via registered mail, ensuring secure delivery with a signature required upon receipt.

Shipping location

We only accept billing and delivery addresses within Switzerland. If you have questions about shipping to a different location, please contact us at info@bijouterie-sonderegger.ch.

Shipping method

Orders are primarily shipped using Swiss Post (La Poste Suisse). In exceptional cases, we may use a private courier for deliveries. Regardless of the method, shipping is always free.

Delivery time

• For products in stock, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after we have received your payment.

• For products that need to be ordered, delivery times depend on the supplier.

We will personally contact you by email or phone after your order to confirm the availability of each product and the delivery time for your order.

Registered mail and signature

All shipments are sent via registered post, requiring a signature upon receipt.

• Ensure you provide a valid delivery address and that someone is available to sign for the package.

• If the shipment is a gift, the recipient at the delivery address will need to provide their signature.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a postal tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Insurance

Your shipment is insured until its receipt is confirmed by a signature. This provides added security for your purchase during transit.

Changing the delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

If your order has already been processed and you’ve received an order confirmation, the package is already on its way, and we may no longer be able to redirect it.

Delivery issue
