Returns and exchanges
We do not offer a general right of return or exchange for purchases made on our online store. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@bijouterie-sonderegger.ch if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return process
To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@bijouterie-sonderegger.ch within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or the wrong item was sent, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect or error, please follow the return process above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
